This is a fan-netplay patch made by RUEEE. Upstream repository: https://github.com/RUEEE/th19p2vp/

* Back up your original game directory then unzip everything in the zip file into the game directory.
* There's a readme from the author in the zip file. Please read it thoroughly before starting.
* If a little white subwindow pops up in the upper left corner when opening the game, the patch applied successfully.
* Guest is always p2 (right side), host is p1
* It's peer to peer with no NAT traversal/holepunching. Networking options:
  * Both sides have ipv6, guest should fill in the host's ipv6 address
  * Host port forwards, guest should fill in the host's public ipv4 address and their forwarded port
  * Use a VPN product to tunnel
* Incompatible with thcrap.
